1.Supplier Quality Assurance:
As a responsible supplier, we have established long-term relationships with reliable raw material suppliers to ensure the supply of high quality raw materials. We require relevant quality assurance documentation from our suppliers and carry out initial assessments and reviews.
2.Incoming Material Inspection:
Once all raw materials arrive at Novus, we carry out incoming material inspections to ensure they meet our quality standards. These inspections include appearance, dimensions, material composition, etc. We use a rigorous inspection process to eliminate any sub-standard or non-conforming materials.
3.In-process inspections:
During production and processing, we have established quality control points to inspect semi-finished products. These checkpoints ensure that the quality and specifications of the products meet the requirements at all stages of the processing.
4.Final assembly and sample approval:
After completing processing, we carry out final assembly and a random selection of products from the sample batch are inspected and tested. These samples are subjected to rigorous functional and cosmetic testing to ensure that they meet the required quality standards.
5.Initial inspection and packaging:
The assembled products will undergo a 100% functional and cosmetic initial inspection. Each product is carefully checked by our quality assurance team to ensure that its quality is flawless. Once they have passed the initial inspection, the products will be packaged.
6.Final inspection and dispatch:
After the product has been packaged, we carry out a final inspection. This step involves a thorough quality check of the product to ensure that it is intact and meets all specifications and standards. Only products that have passed the final inspection can proceed to the next stage.
7.Customer inspection:
After our final inspection, we hand the product over to the customer for inspection. We welcome the customer to verify the quality and specifications of the product and to ensure customer satisfaction.
8.Shipping:
After the customer's inspection and approval, we proceed to arrange the shipment of the product, taking necessary packaging and shipping measures to ensure its safe and intact delivery.
